Our Susquehanna River

I want to share this info with everyone it deals with the local "OIL COMPANIES" dumping into the river we just paid to have cleaned. We each person in Loyalsock paid 3,000 to 6,000 dollars for the water coming out of our house to not be dumped into the river but this does not apply to the 'OIL COMPANY" read the article please:
