I long day

I made the "starter" on Saturday, then as soon as I got up this morning- I started working on the bread. The book said that if you buy the bread it would cost $2.75 to buy but .43 cent to make... that doesn't count the time & energy it took me to make this bread. I don't know why I do these crazy baking projects.... it does give me a feeling of satisfaction. I spend so much time resting in my chair. I do feel sad at times because I am so limited in what I can do on a daily basis.
